Delicious Homemade Jelly – RECIPE:
- 1 Cup orange juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 Cup of grape juice or fresh strawberries.
- 3 tbsp. unflavored gelatin
- 1 Cup of green tea
- Honey or stevia
First, prepare the green tea and add some honey or stevia for taste. Then add the gelatin and mix until it’s dissolved. Take it off the stove and set it aside until it cools down. After it’s cooled you can add the orange and grape juice and mix well again. Transfer the jelly in a container and put it in the fridge for about 3 hours. Take it out of the fridge and enjoy your deliciously healthy homemade jelly.

Another way to help subscapularis relax is to ‘walk like a lion’ on all fours. It might be hard on your wrist to walk on your palms so try walking on your folded, flat knuckles. And while you are in this position ROLL your shoulder blades like a lion does. Make them move up and away from your body and toward your spine. The goal is to make them move because the shoulder blades are attached to the subscap. So moving the shoulder blade will help stretch and mobilize the subscap muscle.
